These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, enquiries, and interactions made through Triang Pedal Cars (triangpedalcars.com). By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Who We Are
Triang Pedal Cars is the only dedicated specialist in vintage Tri-ang pedal cars. We offer sales, restoration services, reproduction parts, and global sourcing of original Tri-ang pedal cars. We serve customers worldwide.
2. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including:
- Condition (original, used, or restored)
- Measurements and specifications
- Any known faults or missing components
If you require additional information or photos before purchasing, please contact us.
3. Pedal Car Sales
All pedal cars sold are vintage items, and many are 50–100 years old.
- We do not offer refunds or returns on pedal cars unless there is a major undisclosed fault.
- Buyers must review all available details and images carefully before confirming a purchase.
- Deposits may be required to secure a vehicle and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
- Full payment must be received before dispatch or collection.
4. Reproduction Parts & Decals
We offer high-quality reproduction parts designed to fit vintage Tri-ang pedal cars.
- Parts must be installed with care; we are not responsible for damage caused during fitting or misuse.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for unused items in original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
- Custom or made-to-order parts may not be eligible for return.

5. Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping on both parts and pedal cars.
- Delivery charges will be shown at checkout or quoted manually for larger items.
- We aim to dispatch all in-stock parts within 3–5 working days.
- Pedal cars are shipped via reliable, tracked courier services. Handling time for vehicles may vary based on preparation requirements.
- All items are sent insured.
Important:
Once an item has left our premises and is in the possession of the courier, we are not liable for any damage, delay, or loss in transit. This is outside of our control.
- In the rare event of damage during shipping, claims must be made directly with the courier/shipping provider using the insurance coverage supplied.
- We will provide all necessary documentation to assist with your claim.
Buyers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges in their country.
6. Payment
Payments are accepted via secure gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, or direct bank transfer.
- All prices are in GBP (£), and any conversion fees for international payments are the buyer’s responsibility.
7. Restoration Services
We offer restoration services on a case-by-case basis.
- Timelines and pricing will be agreed individually based on the scope of work.
- A deposit may be required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion.
- All restorations are done to a high standard, but due to the age of the cars, originality and condition limitations apply.
8. Liability Disclaimer
All vehicles and parts are sold as collectors’ items, not for modern child use.
We are not liable for:
- Injuries resulting from misuse
- Damage caused during unauthorised modifications
- Incompatibility with non-Tri-ang models
- Damage or loss during transit (claims must be made with the courier)
